We all had a wonderful time, your venue was perfect and the day went smoothly from start to finish. Your attention to detail whilst making sure that the focus was on the bride and groom was professional and sensitive. We have had nothing but very positive feedback.
Food and wine was excellent and all your little touches added to the enjoyment of the day. The flamed olives were wonderful !
You all clearly love your work!

Dear Lino and Joanna,
We attended a wedding reception on the 28th of October at Villa Rosa.
We were the guests on table 11.
We just want to commend Clem on his wonderful customer service he provided us on that night.
He was attentive, friendly, approachable, pro active, and had built good rapport with us.
His service stood out and I don't think that it should go un-noticed.
We believe that Clem is an asset to your company as he has given us a wonderful dining experience in comparison to many of the other functions we have attended. With so many people to serve in these events it is easy to be treated as a number, but Clem still showed great customer service under these pressures.
Many places have 5 star appearances but the service does not meet the expectations that guests have. I believe that the service the staff gives to the guests truly adds to the star value of the venue.

What can I say but the wedding of my daughter Heidi and Andreas on Sunday 5th June at the Villa Rosa was amazing! I received nothing but compliments on the night, and after, about the ample and delicious food, the great venue and especially the high level of service. You were also the most amazingly priced package, with many more inclusions than any other place we looked at! The level of service was very impressive, attentive and personal.

I am so happy that I chose this venue for Heidi and Andreas' wedding. It has been absolutely effortless to deal with you, both before and during the wedding. Nothing was a trouble at any time and every enquiry was met promptly and helpfully. I ust sat back and relaxed at the reception as everything ran exactly to plan. Every aspect - from the decor, to the food, to the mc, to the dj and more, was perfect.

I really want to pass on my congratulations and thanks for a wonderful job but perhaps, the last word should go to the bride and groom, who sent 3 texts the next day saying "we just had the best day of our lives!!!!!!!!!"
