Dear Lino and Joanna,
We attended a wedding reception on the 28th of October at Villa Rosa.
We were the guests on table 11.
We just want to commend Clem on his wonderful customer service he provided us on that night.
He was attentive, friendly, approachable, pro active, and had built good rapport with us.
His service stood out and I don't think that it should go un-noticed.
We believe that Clem is an asset to your company as he has given us a wonderful dining experience in comparison to many of the other functions we have attended. With so many people to serve in these events it is easy to be treated as a number, but Clem still showed great customer service under these pressures.
Many places have 5 star appearances but the service does not meet the expectations that guests have. I believe that the service the staff gives to the guests truly adds to the star value of the venue.

All our guest had plenty of good things to say about your service and food, your waiters were very courteous and no one was left without sufficient drinks and food on their table.

Thank you so very much for putting on such a wonderful evening(birthday party) for us.
Your reception lounge looked amazing, your staff so very helpful and professional, the food plentiful and delicious.
The special touches with the seat covers, centre pieces, bouquets, balloons and decorations, the birthday table set up at the back  (no doubt a women's touch)  even the peeled prawns, nothing escaped my attention and I and made all the difference. The cake looked beautiful and everything was just perfect. It was fantastic to receive such positive feedback from all my guests. I thank you for your hospitality, professionalism and friendship and would not for a moment hesitate to recommend you. This is why you had my patronage since my sons Christening celebrated at your Villa Rosa Lounge in 2004 and will continue to have it for my future events.
